Companies/shares in companies created/acquired after January 1, 2022, must be reported. Also, within 60 days, it is necessary to notify if the company was created/acquired before 01.01.2022, but there have been changes in it (purchase/sale of a share or acquisition/loss of control) that concern the controller.
The notification is submitted by each controller separately through the Taxpayer's Electronic Cabinet.
